MRRM and Subsystems

MRRM Trial Version ( size: approximately 35MB compressed)

This download comprises the full release of Model RailRoad Manager but is usage and time limited.
This software requires a Microsoft Windows operating system.
Layout command and feedback requires the JMRI-MRRM server
Layout Panels requires Windows XP operating system

JMRI-MRRM Server ( size: approximately 42MB compressed)

Internet compatible Layout Commands and Feedback server is used by MRRM to control your layout. This version supports a Digitrax compatible architecture.
This software is an extension of JMRI to allow internet http protocol Get or Post html commanding of selected JMRI features including: power on/off, turnout control, signal control, and soft throttle commands, and BOD, turnout, signal, and transponder feedback messages.
JMRI tools such as Decoder Pro, Panel XML, Scripts, and many other desktop features are available on this server as well as internet interfacing to your layout.
Software is released as Open Software under the Artistic License and may be used with other than MRRM software, if desired.
Software comprises Java conventional and servlet classes and Jython scripts. It has only been tested on Microsoft Windows XP Professional and Home Operating Systems.

This compressed file contains the JMRI-MRRM server comprising source and object of JMRI, runtime Apache Tomcat, hooks for CVS update to JMRI source releases, Borland JBuilderX project files ro let you make changes if you want to, and MRRM source and object software additions to JMRI and Tomcat for sending commands to and receiving feedback from a Digitrax compatible layout. If you are interested in other DCC layout manufacturer's, that are already supported by JMRI, let us know. If we receive enough interest we will look into adding support for your DCC equipment. You must download and install JAVA on your machine(s) and add the 'jars' provided in the JMRI-MRRM server download to the JAVA bin, lib, and lib/ext folders.
